Is it time to review your mortgage?
Your circumstances change, and your mortgage needs may change with them.
Whether your current mortgage deal is coming to an end, you're considering borrowing more or simply want to review your options, we're here to help.
At AR Mortgage Services, we make remortgaging easier to understand, with straightforward advice based on your individual circumstances.
When should you consider remortgaging?
Remortgaging means replacing your existing mortgage with a new one, usually while staying in the same property.
There are several reasons why homeowners consider it:
Your current fixed-rate or introductory deal is ending
You want to review your monthly mortgage payments
You're considering borrowing additional funds for home improvements
Your circumstances or financial priorities have changed
You want to explore a different mortgage term or product
Remortgaging isn't always the best option. Sometimes a new deal with your existing lender, known as a product transfer, may be more suitable.
YOUR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBTS SECURED ON IT. YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY AN EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGE TO YOUR EXISTING LENDER IF YOU REMORTGAGE.

We'll review your existing mortgage, discuss your plans and compare suitable options. Our advice considers more than the headline interest rate. We'll also look at arrangement fees, early repayment charges, mortgage terms and the overall cost of borrowing.
That way, you can make an informed decision about what works for you.
When should you start looking?
If your current mortgage deal is approaching its end, it's worth reviewing your options in advance. Starting early gives you time to understand the choices available and prepare for any changes to your repayments.
A mortgage review could make a difference.
You don't have to navigate changing mortgage deals alone. We'll review where you are, discuss where you want to be and find a suitable way forward.
